Swiss Tuna Bake image

"My husband enjoys cooking just as much as I do," reports Joanne Callahan of Far Hills, New Jersey. "One night he tossed together this comforting casserole from meager ingredients we had in our cupboard. It turned out to be the best-tasting tuna casserole I have ever had! Swiss cheese flavors the noodles nicely."

Instead of egg noodles, I used fettuccine. I love the added flavor and texture it gives.

Not bad! The tuna was a bit dry for my liking, but the sauce was creamy and flavorful. I added some extra vegetables to bulk it up.

This dish was a little bland for my taste, even though I followed the recipe to a T. You should add some salt and pepper to taste.
