This recipe is a healthy choice for a seafood casserole. The Swiss cheese and Parmesan add some calcium, and the crab is a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

I made a few modifications to make this recipe healthier. I used low-fat cheese and whole-wheat bread crumbs, and I added some chopped broccoli and carrots to the casserole. It was still delicious, and my family loved it!
