Swiss Baked Tomatoes in Cream image

A simple side dish, which can also be eaten for lunch on a cold day. Don't be put off by the cream -- do use it -- the Swiss do! Otherwise, serve this as a side with simple pan-fried fish fillets and a green salad.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The tomatoes were a little bland, and the cream sauce was a little too heavy.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my tomatoes turned out a little too mushy. I think I might have cooked them for too long.
