Sweetened Condensed Soymilk image

A great alternative to storebought condensed milk, especially for those who can't tolerate dairy! This recipe is equal to one 14-oz. can Eagle Brand.

1/2 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons soy margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups instant soymilk powder (I use Better Than Milk)

Steps:

  • Combine margarine, sugar, and soymilk powder in a medium bowl.
  • Pour in boiling water.
  • Stir well.
