Sweetened Condensed Milk Salad Dressing image

I know there is the Edmonds Cookbook version of this dressing but this is the one that I grew up with and its slightly different, it came from the back of the highlander condensed milk tin, I still make it today and it seems to keep indefinately in the fridge, great with everything.

This recipe is a waste of time. The dressing is not good and it's not worth the effort.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dressing turned out really clumpy. I had to throw it out.

I found this dressing to be a bit too thick. I had to add some water to thin it out before I could use it.

This dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think it would be great on a fruit salad.

I was skeptical about using sweetened condensed milk in a salad dressing, but I'm so glad I tried it! It adds a delicious creaminess and sweetness that really elevates the flavor of the salad.
