Sweet Stuffing image

This is a great stuffing that has just enough sweet and the right touch of sour. Guaranteed to be a favorite at your next holiday get together. This makes enough to stuff one 12 to 14 pound turkey. Chicken or vegetable broth can be used for this recipe.

I always have leftovers of this stuffing and I love it! It's just as good, if not better, the next day. I like to make sandwiches with the leftover stuffing or add it to scrambled eggs.

I took the time to arrange the stuffing in a decorative pattern on top of the chicken before baking it. It made the dish look extra special and my guests were impressed.

I was short on time, so I used a store-bought rotisserie chicken instead of cooking my own. It worked perfectly and the stuffing was still very flavorful.

I made this recipe without the sausage and it was still delicious! I added some chopped mushrooms and tofu to the stuffing instead. It was a great meatless option.

I like my stuffing with a little bit of a kick, so I added a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the recipe. It gave the stuffing a nice spicy flavor without being overpowering.

I made a few modifications to the recipe to make it healthier. I used whole wheat bread instead of white bread, and I added some chopped carrots and zucchini to the stuffing. It turned out great and was still very flavorful.
