Steps:
- Slice pork roast into 1/4" slices.
- Weave onto skewers. Alternate pork with pineapple and set aside.
- Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over meat. Allow to marinate up to 24 hours but at least 1 hour.
- Grill at high heat to sear all sides of the skewer and place in a (grill safe) dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients (and any remaining pineapple). Pour over grilled meat.
- Cover with foil and allow to cook and sauce to thicken (about 10 minutes)
