I'm not a big fan of sweet dressings, but this one is an exception. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by the tartness of the red wine vinegar.

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover red wine. I always have a bottle or two in the fridge, so I'm always looking for new ways to use it.

I found the dressing to be a little too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less jelly next time.

I wasn't sure how the combination of red wine vinegar and jelly would taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. The dressing is sweet and tangy, with a hint of bitterness from the vinegar.
