SWEET POTATO/APPLE KUGEL image

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 granny smith apples
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup honey
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
cooking oil spray

Steps:

  • pierce and then microwave sweet potatoes let cool, peel, mash grate apples, add to sweet potatoes beat eggs, add to mix along with seasonings grease pan, pour mix in, bake 375 until top starts to brown
