Steps:
- Wash hands. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sweet potatoes and pineapple in a large bowl; mash with potato masher. Stir in butter, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and egg until well mixed. Measure out 1 cup of cranberry sauce; swirl it into the sweet potato mixture. Coat 1-quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon sweet potato mixture into bowl. Top with remaining cranberry sauce. Bake for 40 minutes.
