This is a delicious and easy recipe that I will definitely be making again. I love the combination of sweet peppers and savory sauce. I served it over rice and it was the perfect meal for a busy weeknight.

This recipe was a total fail. The peppers were mushy and the sauce was bland. I won't be making this again.

It was just okay.

This dish is the perfect combination of sweet and savory. I love the way the peppers caramelize in the skillet. I usually add a bit of chopped bacon or sausage for extra flavor.

This was a great way to use up leftover peppers. I had some red and yellow peppers that were starting to wilt, so I diced them up and threw them in the skillet. Added some chicken and rice, and dinner was ready in no time!

This is absolutely delicious! I made it last night with a few modifications, and my family loved it. I added a bit of garlic and paprika, and I used a mix of red, yellow, and orange peppers as I love the colors. Will definitely make this again!
