Super sweet & just enough spicy... it's turned non-bacon eaters into enjoyers. It's soooo good.

Steps:
- 1. Set oven to 400ยบ.
- 2. Mix sugar & peppers. Toss bacon thoroughly to coat.
- 3. Line a jelly roll pan w/heavy duty foil. Place a cooling rack over the foil & lay the bacon on the rack, being careful not to overlap the bacon (this will slow cooking).
- 4. Place pan in oven, even if it's not fully heated yet. Bake at least 15 minutes or until desired doneness. I cook mine just over 20 minutes.
- 5. NOTES: ** Cooling rack optional-bacon can go directly on the foil. Personally, I prefer the rack. ** I use thin sliced bacon... if using thick bacon add at least 5-6 minutes or so to cooking time. ** Vary the spices to suit your tastes. E N J O Y
