Steps:
- Prepare macaroni according to package instructions.
- (You can substitute seashell pasta, anything up to bowtie pasta size, if you like. But please don't use long pastas like spaghetti or fettucini-- they just don't work with this.) Combine cottage cheese, sugar, and cinnamon with drained macaroni.
- Taste and add sugar/cinnamon, if necessary.
- Serve immediately.
