This is my recipe for another great Barbeque rib. You can halve the sauce recipe and use to baste a rack of ribs, or double and make a finger licking large batch of country ribs. I made 4 pounds and not a rib left. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. In a large stock pot, cover ribs with water and add some salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 - 25 min.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Drain and place ribs in a 4 quart casserole dish or med roaster. Salt and pepper. I also sprinkled with red pepper flakes.
- 3. In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients, except the pork. Mix well, bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Set aside.
- 4. Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs and cover dish with foil. Bake for 1 hour, remove foil, reduce oven to 350 and bake another 20 - 25 minutes. Serve hot...finger licking good!
