2 medium beets, scrubbed
1 green apple
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
¾ cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 banana, peeled
ice cubes

Steps:

  • Juice beets and green apples, including peels, in an electric juicer.
  • Combine apple-beet juice, avocado, pineapple, banana, and ice in a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.
