2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients until sugar and corn starch are completely dissolved.
  • Stir before adding to stir fry at the last minute of cooking time.
