This tastes better the second day and is good for potlucks. I buy a variety of colored peppers in bulk, slice and freeze them, then pull out the amount when needed.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but this recipe changed my mind. The salmon was flaky and moist, and the sauce was sweet and tangy.

This recipe is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I didn't have any cornstarch so I used flour instead. It worked just as well and the sauce was still delicious.

The salmon was a bit dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend using a different cooking method next time.
