Got this recipe from a Southern Living magazine many years ago. It is practically foolproof and tastes great, and clean up is a breeze. Hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

This recipe is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the sweet and sour sauce, and they don't even realize that they're eating broccoli.

I love that this recipe can be made in a slow cooker. It's so easy to just throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning, and then dinner is ready when I get home from work.

I'm not a big fan of sweet and sour dishes, but this recipe changed my mind. The sauce is not too sweet, and it has a nice tangy flavor.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover roast. I had some leftover pork roast, and it worked perfectly in this dish.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is the cooking time. I found that the roast was a bit overcooked after 2 hours. Next time, I'll cook it for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
