Received this recipe from a co-worker many years ago. Simple but good.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg 3oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
1-1/2 c cold milk
1 c plain yogurt (or your preference)
1/8 tsp almond extract
2-3 c fresh strawberries, blueberries or raspberries

Steps:

  • 1. In mixing bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Layer berries & cream in parfait glasses or place berries in dessert cups & top with cream.
