Steps:
- 1. Fry hamburger (or any kind of meat including chipped beef). Pour off all fats.
- 2. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients with a wire whisk. Pour into skillet with meat. Stir constantly until gravy thickens. Pour over toast or biscuits.
