Steps:
- 1. In a medium bowl,combine your butter and your sugars and beat till light and fluffy.Add your egg and vanilla extract, and beat well.
- 2. Add your flour,baking soda,cinnamon,nutmeg and your salt.Mix well
- 3. Add in your 3 cups of oatmeal,mix well
- 4. Add in your 2 boxes of chocolate raisinets and mix well
- 5. Drop by Tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet at about 2inches apart at 375 degr.for 10-12 mins
- 6. Cool on a wire rack
