Steps:
- Melt butterscotch pieces, sugar and butter over medium heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat - add egg - beat well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake 20 minutes (approximately) at 350 degrees.
