SURFER SQUARES image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup (6 oz) butterscotch pieces
1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • Melt butterscotch pieces, sugar and butter over medium heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat - add egg - beat well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake 20 minutes (approximately) at 350 degrees.
