SUPERB SAUTEED MUSHROOMS image

3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of butter
1 pound of mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of red wine
1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oil and butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms, garlic, wine, teriyaki, salt and pepper in hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.
