SUPER SIMPLE RICE PUDDING
My husband and I both love rice pudding. With this simple recipe it can be made quickly with not much fuss. Plus there can be different variations simply by changing the pudding flavor. If you want chocolate rice pudding simply use chocolate pudding mix. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination

Steps:
- 1. In medium bowl combine pudding and milk. Combine using a mixer or whisk until well combined.(approx 1 to 1-1/2 minutes)
- 2. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to pudding and mix to combine well.
- 3. Stir in cooked rice and raisins and mix to combine. Spoon into individual serving cups and refrigerate until set.
