Steps:
- 1. Bake Italian sausages in a 350 degree oven or grill over medium heat for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile heat spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer on low until brats are cooked.
- 2. Spray buns with butter flavor cooking spray and toast under the broiler for a few minutes just until they start to toast.
- 3. Place sausage on toasted bun. ladle with spaghetti sauce and top generously with mozzarella cheese.
- 4. Place back under the broiler just until cheese starts to brown and bubble. Serve with chips and a nice salad.
