Super Quick & Easy Italian Sausage Subs image

These are a really quick and easy meal and so delicious!

1 pkg sweet italian sausage
1 c chunky spaghetti sauce
2 c mozzarella cheese
hoagie buns

Steps:

  • 1. Bake Italian sausages in a 350 degree oven or grill over medium heat for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile heat spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer on low until brats are cooked.
  • 2. Spray buns with butter flavor cooking spray and toast under the broiler for a few minutes just until they start to toast.
  • 3. Place sausage on toasted bun. ladle with spaghetti sauce and top generously with mozzarella cheese.
  • 4. Place back under the broiler just until cheese starts to brown and bubble. Serve with chips and a nice salad.
