- Combine ingredients in mixer bowl until blended
- Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Beat egg white slightly with fork. Dip fork in egg white and lightly press cookie. Sprinkle with additional sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F.
