Super Easy gourmet Appetizer/ sandwich image

Had left over wine-soaked cheddar from Bookclub, and I found the taste too strong to enjoy by itself. I tried this, and WOW! Definitely tasty enough to serve to guests, and so easy, too. :)

This sandwich was okay. The bread was good, but the filling was a bit bland. I think I would have liked it better with some more seasoning.

This sandwich was a bit too rich for my taste. The bread was good, but the filling was a bit too creamy and heavy. I think I would have liked it better with a lighter filling.

I love this sandwich! It's so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add a little bit of Dijon mustard to the filling for an extra kick.
