This succotash was delicious! I loved the combination of sweet corn, lima beans, and tomatoes. The bacon added a nice smoky flavor and the green peppers added a bit of crunch. I will definitely be making this again.

I've made this succotash several times now and it's always a hit. It's a great way to use up leftover corn and lima beans, and it's also a very flavorful side dish.

I'm not usually a fan of succotash, but this recipe changed my mind. The addition of bacon and tomatoes really elevates the dish. I will definitely be making this again.
