I use this punch recipe every time I throw a baby shower or bridal shower. Everyone loves it and ask how to make it. Very, easy and delicious.

Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 oz can of frozen orange juice
12 oz can of frozen lemonade
48 oz can of unsweetened pineapple juice
6 c water
1 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix above ingredients and freeze 5 hours. Break into chunks and put into punch bowl Pour 28 oz ginger ale, 7up or sprite over chunks.
  • 2. Although the recipe says pour 28oz of ginger ale, 7up or sprite over all the frozen punch after breaking it up in chunks, I used throw away plastic containers I purchased from the dollar store to freeze the punch in. The containers were about 4 cups each. This way, I am able to use as much of the frozen punch as needed. When the punch bowl gets low, I can add more frozen punch and pour on as much ginger ale, 7up or sprite I need. I use ginger ale or sprite because they have more of a fizz than 7up.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but this punch just doesn't taste very good to me. I think I'll stick to my usual punch recipe.

This punch is way too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my Sunshine Punch turned out really bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't have much flavor.

This punch is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some pineapple, oranges, and limes that were about to go bad, so I made a batch of Sunshine Punch and it was delicious.

I'm not usually a fan of punch, but this one is really good. It's not too sweet, and the flavors are really well-balanced.
