I'm not usually a fan of vinegar-based dressings, but this one is amazing. It's light and flavorful, and it doesn't overpower the other ingredients in the salad.

This sunomono salad was a hit at my dinner party! The combination of flavors was perfect - the sweetness of the vinegar, the saltiness of the seaweed, and the crunch of the cucumber and carrot. I will definitely be making this again.
