I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted sunflower seeds for the walnuts. They worked great!

I love that these muffins are made with honey instead of sugar. It gives them a slightly sweet flavor that's not too overpowering.

These muffins are a good base recipe. I like to add different ingredients to change up the flavor. Some of my favorite variations include adding blueberries, cranberries, and chocolate chips.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my muffins didn't rise very much. I'm not sure why. Maybe my baking powder was old.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my muffins didn't turn out very well. They were dry and crumbly. I think I might have overmixed the batter.

These muffins are good, but they're not as good as the ones I make from scratch. I think the pre-made cornmeal mix makes them a bit dense.

I found these muffins to be a bit dry. I think they could use a little more butter or oil. Otherwise, they're a good muffin.

These muffins are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of honey next time. Otherwise, they're a good muffin.

I'm not a big fan of cornmeal, but I really liked these muffins. They're moist and flavorful, and the cornmeal gives them a nice texture. I'll definitely be making them again.

These muffins are a great way to use up leftover cornmeal. I always have some leftover cornmeal after making cornbread, and these muffins are the perfect way to use it up. They're also a great way to get kids to eat cornmeal.
