Sunflower Sesame Oat-Pulp Bread image

1/2 c oat pulp from making the oat milk
3 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 Tbsp quinoa, uncooked
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c sesame seeds
1 1/2 c milk
1 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix everything together and put in a greased and floured 9 inch loaf pan. It makes a big loaf. Bake for 1- 1 1/4 hours until done.
