SUNFLOWER GREEN BEANS image

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 cups green beans, steamed
2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon chives
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon shervil
1/2 teaspoon savory

Steps:

  • Saute onion and garlic in oil. Remove from heat. Add all other ingredients and pour over beans. Notes: Can leave out obscure spices like shervil and savory - still tasty
