This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of honey in the dressing next time.

I'm not a huge fan of beets, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing is light and tangy and really brings out the flavor of the beets.

This salad is a great make-ahead dish. I often make it the night before and then just serve it for lunch or dinner the next day.

I love the colors in this salad. The bright orange of the beets and the green of the sunflower seeds make it so visually appealing.

I added some grilled chicken to this salad and it was a great addition. The chicken added some protein and made the salad more filling.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover beets. I always have a few beets in my fridge and this is a great way to use them up before they go bad.
