- At the bottom of a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the strawberry. Add the BACARDÍ™ Ocho, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill shaker with ice and shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe glass. Garnish with strawberry half.
