Summer Fruit Salad With Honey, Lime & Basil Dressing image

I wanted to make a fruit salad, but needed to use the fruits currently in season (and on sale). Strawberries are the only ingredient that *just* went out of season. Try to serve this the same day it's made, as the cherries tend to turn everything red after a while.

This fruit salad was a refreshing and delicious way to enjoy the bounty of summer fruit. The honey-lime-basil dressing was the perfect complement to the sweetness of the fruit, and the mint added a nice touch of freshness.
