SUISSE MOCHA CHEESECAKE image

8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 C Sugar
1 C Sour Cream
2 Tbs General Foods International Coffees Suisse Mocha
1 Tbs Milk
1 Keebler Ready-Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6oz)
8oz Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping, thawed (3 1/2C)

Steps:

  • Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in sour cream. Measure 1/2 C of the mixture set remainder aside. Stir General Foods International Coffees Suisse Mocha and milk into measured 1/4 C of cheese mixture. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of the mocha flavored cheese mixture into the crust. Fold whipped topping into reserved cream cheese. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining mocha flavored cheese mixture; draw knife through mixture to form pattern on top. Refrigerate until set; at least 2 hours.
