Sugar Free Whipped Frosting image

My mother-in-law made this for my son's birthday cake this past year (except she didn't make it sugar free). Any flavor of SF pudding can be used. I make it for my husband who is a type II diabetic.

This frosting is really easy to make and it tastes great! I used it on a carrot cake and it was a big hit.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my frosting turned out runny. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This frosting is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still pretty good. I think it would be great on a chocolate cake or something else that's not too sweet.

I love the flavor of this frosting, but it's a bit too thick for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little bit of milk next time.

This frosting was a breeze to make and turned out perfectly! I used it on a chocolate cake and it was the perfect complement. Not too sweet, but still plenty of flavor.
