Sugar-Free PB&J Smoothies image

This is a favorite breakfast at our house on busy days when I can't cook a full meal. It is also nice for a an easy snack in the afternoons.

¾ cup frozen strawberries
¾ cup milk
1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon rolled oats
2 teaspoons honey
