several years ago Myself and my two sisters were diagnosed with diabetes.Through trial and error we found a way to enjoy our desserts.Most recipe can be altered to make them sugar-free.Simply replace sugar with a no calorie sweeteners.Or sugar-free instant puddings.

2 graham cracker pie crust
2 bowls cool whip
2 3/4 c milk, 2%
2 box instant pudding sugar-free vanilla
1 small tub chrystal lite lemonade powder

Steps:

  • 1. Beat pudding mix with the milk and beat until thickened,add the Chrystal lite lemonade powder.Mix well and combine with 1- bowl cool whip.Pour this mixture into the pie shells.Refrigerate until set.When set top with remaining bowl of cool whip.
  • 2. This pie is so easy to make I hope you like it.Keep refrigerated.Here is a tip for you. When you find bags of lemons or limes on sale simply buy in bulk.Freeze them and thaw when needed.They are wonderful.
