Sue & Gloria's Baked Beans image

These baked beans are a must at our house when we grill out or just family gatherings!The recipe is courtesy Of Sue & Gloria. They are a little unusual, but very yummy.

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 can(s) (16 ounce) baked beans ( i use bush's)
1 can(s) (20 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained
1 c molasses
1 c bbq sauce of your choice
2 Tbsp yellow or brown mustard
5 slice cooked bacon, crumbled
1 can(s) (16 ounce) french-fried onions, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix together beans, pineapple, molasses, BBQ sauce, mustard, 1/4 of the bacon, and 1/4 of the onions. Add some salt and pepper, to taste. Pour beans in 9x13 inch casserole dish and sprinkle remaining crushed onions and bacon on top. Cook in oven for 1 hour or until beans brown and bubbles. Serve warm.
