Stuffed Shrimp image

I use this crab stuffing all the time for fish too, it's very tasty.

Number Of Ingredients 14

1/2 can(s) lump crab meat,or claw,or 2 cups
1/4 c bread crumbs
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/8 tsp celery salt
1 Tbsp garlic (minced)
1/4 c red bell pepper(minced)
1/8 tsp mace
3 dash(es) tobasco
3 dash(es) worcestershire sauce
pinch thyme, leaves
1/3 c minced onion
1 egg

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In 1tablespoon olive oil,and 2 tablespoons butter,soften onion,and red pepper. Cool.
  • 2. Meanwhile butterfly the shrimp, leaving tails on, and place on a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Gently mix the rest of the ingredients, including the cooled onion,and peppers,and place about a tablespoon full pressed down on each shrimp.
  • 3. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • 4. Keeping frozen shrimp ,makes this a go to when crab is on sale.Also, frozen is basically what you're, buying at the fish counter and paying more for .
