I'm not a big fan of bitter melon, but this recipe changed my mind. The stuffing was so flavorful that it masked the bitterness of the melon.

This was a great dish. It's a bit spicy for my taste, but I can tone it down next time by reducing the number of chilies. Overall, it's a great recipe and I'll definitely be making it again.

My first time making bitter melon and this was a great recipe. It turned out excellent! The only modification I made was reducing the number of chilies to 2, since I don't like things too spicy.
