Stromboli Joes image

Everyone in the Test Kitchen loved this Italian twist on the classic sloppy joe. The amount of Italian seasoning in the meat mixture is just right and pairs perfectly with the garlic butter and cheese on the bread. This is a cinch to make and will be a crowd pleaser. A great dinner recipe for a busy night or for your next...

This was my first time making stromboli and it turned out great. I'm already planning to make it again next week.

375 degrees for 30 minutes was too long for my oven. The cheese on top overcooked a little.

Can't believe how easy it was to make this. I'll never buy frozen stromboli again!

Stromboli is my all time favorite comfort food. I'm excited to try this in my new air fryer.

I accidentally added 3 cups of mozzarella instead of 2, but it was still very good!

I don't have a pizza cutter so I just used a sharp serrated knife to slice the stromboli. Worked great!

So cheesy and delicious. I subbed pepperoni for the Canadian bacon and it was still great.

Followed the recipe exactly and mine came out mushy :(

I used to live near a great stromboli shop, and I've been struggling to find anything similar since moving. This recipe is really good, but it's not quite as flavorful as my old favorite.

The first Stromboli I made was messy and hard to work with, but I'm not much of a cook. I'm sure someone more experienced with baking or cooking in general would have better results.

This recipe was easy to follow! The result exceeded my expectations - it tasted just as good, if not better than a Stromboli from an Italian restaurant.
