Steps:
- 1. Cookie: In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and lemon juice. Combine flour, drink mix. baking powder, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- 2. On a lightly powdered sugar surface, roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with a 2 1/2 to 3 inch heart cookie cutter. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 350^ oven for 8-10 minutes or until set and edges just begin to brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from tray to cooling rack.
- 3. Glaze: In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening in microwave safe dish at 30 second intervals; stir until smooth. Spread over cookies; let stand until set.
- 4. Frosting: In a small bowl. beat butter, drink mix and salt until blended. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Add enough milk to desired thickness. Decorate cookies with you special messages.
