Another Tiramisu recipe. I decided to post it because it is a little different. Very easy and quickly put together. The majority of the time spent on this is the chilling time, but this is needed to let the flavors meld. Very light and refreshing.

I'm allergic to strawberries, so I substituted raspberries in this recipe. It turned out just as delicious!

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my tiramisu didn't turn out very well. The ladyfingers were too soggy and the mascarpone cheese was too runny.

I had some trouble finding ladyfingers at my local grocery store, but I was able to find them online. Other than that, this recipe was easy to follow and the tiramisu turned out great!

I'm not a big fan of tiramisu, but this strawberry version is actually really good. The sweetness of the strawberries balances out the richness of the mascarpone cheese.
