2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
¼ cup slivered almonds
¾ cup light mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
¼ cup skim milk
2 tablespoons Truvia® natural sweetener, plus
1 teaspoon Truvia® natural sweetener*
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Combine romaine, onion and strawberries in a large bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, Truvia® natural sweetener, vinegar and poppy seeds.
  • Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Sprinkle with almonds.
