Strawberry & Romaine Salad image

This salad is simple to prepare and makes a beautiful presentation. The combination of flavors are delicious. It makes an impressive dish for a luncheon or a salad accompanient for that special dinner meal. I served it for our church's Valentine banquet. It was a hit and several requested the recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of strawberries, but I thought I'd give this salad a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The strawberries were actually really good in this salad and the dressing was delicious.

I'm not a big fan of goat cheese, so I used feta cheese instead. It was still really good.
