Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and brown sugar. Mix in pretzels and pat mixture into the bottom of one 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes and set aside to cool. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in the cool whip. Spread mixture over the top of cooled crust, making sure to seal the edges. Chill 20 min. While the crust and cream cheese mixture are chilling, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water and stir in the strawberries. Chill until partially thickened. About 20 min. Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer. Chill until firm. (2 hours, or overnight)
