Strawberry melon Spinach salad image

We lost the original recipe..so we had to wing it by memory..we all loved it..so we will keep it

6 c fresh spinach
1 container fresh strawberries
2 c watermelon cubed
1 purple onion sliced into rings
1/2 c cojita mexican cheese crumbled
1/4 lb bacon chopped
LITEHOUSE SPINACH DRESSING

Steps:

  • 1. I use about one half of the container of spinach I get at Sams club in the plastic tub
  • 2. Slice the oniob into rings and cut in half..slice the berries..cube the melon..fry the bacon and crumble..let cool
  • 3. Use a large bowl and stir together all ingredients with dressing..eat imediately
